By creating an account or using SDIETTechies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on SDIETTechies. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
Our Content
All content on SDIETTechies, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Note: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
5. Events & Services
SDIETTechies provides a platform for organizing and participating in tech events, workshops, and community activities.
- Event information is provided for informational purposes only
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify events at any time
- Registration does not guarantee participation in all events
- You are responsible for your own safety during events
- Event organizers may have additional terms and requirements
6. Payment & Refund Policy
Transaction Agreement
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, you may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.
Cancellation Policy
We retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Return & Replacement
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
Refund Request Process
Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.
A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made by contacting us at sdiettechies@gmail.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required.
Note: Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
7. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery Estimates
You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services.
Delivery Delays
In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at sdiettechies@gmail.com.
Important: Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the delay is due to our error or if the product does not match the description provided.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process your data to provide and improve our services. This includes:

- Event registration and participation data

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Content accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- Third-party links and services are not our responsibility
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our platform
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDIETTechies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Loss of data or content
- Actions or content of third parties on the platform
- Any other matter relating to the service
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.
Important: Your continued use of SDIETTechies after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
